YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Engage with every guest using O’Neill Sales Training to help them find exactly what they're looking for. Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist your team in completing tasks and support a collaborative environment. Maintain integrity by following O’Neill policies & procedures. YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF: You love interacting with people. You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You enjoy discounts (60% off O’Neill products and 30% off outside brands). You enjoy contests and earning additional free merchandise.
