Uncoachable agents or those with a large ego.
Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent agents with strong communication skills.
Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies; our average client pays over $250/month.
Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. Our operations are entirely virtual, utilizing telephone and Zoom meetings.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium sales.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more talented agents.
