About The Role Hightouch is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will generate top-of-the-funnel leads and help establish processes and strategies for the commercial sales team. You will be outbounding to engineers, marketers, and operations teams, so we are looking for someone who is highly intelligent and able to connect with multiple audiences.
What You’ll Do
Outreach directly to prospective accounts that fit our ideal persona via cold calls, text, emails, integrated marketing campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods
Collaborate with the growth team to research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts
Find creative methods, channels, and strategies to drive prospects toward our free trial
Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics as part of the SDR team
Execute assigned goals on a monthly basis
Monitor Slack for new signups and engage prospects to schedule meetings with the sales organization
What We’re Looking For
Self-starter with the ability to motivate in a high-growth startup
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience engaging customers and prospects
Interest in technology and data
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

Compensation The salary range for this role is 70,000 annual salary with a 30,000 annual commission opportunity, which is location independent. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
