As an Advisor for Foster Klima, there are no Sales Territories. Our Advisors can do business with any client who resides in the USA.

Compensation: Great Potential, High Earning potential with 4-year enhanced commissions to help start your business, Draw, Training Allowance, and Bonuses. The 2024 Financial Professionals top 100 average income, with draw, incentives, commissions, and renewals, exceeds a seven-figure income

We’re seeking an outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy to build new and expand current customer relationships. We support our sales team with the tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points
Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
Qualifications
High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
Proven track record in sales
Compensation $75,000 - $100,000 yearly
