Responsibilities
Create and execute the business plan for the assigned territory, including California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico
Establish and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and Tier 1-4 Transit Authorities
Develop existing accounts and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling Safe Fleet products
Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product offerings
Represent the company at industry-related events and networking functions
Qualifications
2-5 years of consultative sales experience selling integrated video/security systems in fixed or transit environments
Understanding of internet and wireless communication systems and topologies
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Valid driver’s license and passport, with the ability to travel within the defined US territory (up to 60%)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Tier 1 Government purchasing cycles and processes (RFP)
Proven track record of developing effective sales strategies and customized proposals
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
