Territory management of a geographical area. Execute full sales strategy from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. Respond to inbound leads and requests. Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. New business development and client acquisition/account development. Expand existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare saves money and improves efficiency. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100 percent satisfaction; keep customers informed about new ways EquipmentShare can help their business with jobsite solutions. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience. Skills & Qualifications
Tenacious and innovative with superior outside sales experience and a proven track record Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales preferred, but not required; we\'ll train a strong salesperson Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services Competitive, self-motivated, results-driven, but teamwork-oriented Ability to manage strategic and national accounts Why We’re a Better Place to Work
