Join Trimble as Sales Enablement Manager for the AECO Industry, collaborating globally and regionally to elevate sales performance. What You Will Do

As one of our AECO Sales Enablement Managers, you will collaborate closely with leaders across the go-to-market organization to increase productivity across the sales teams, both direct and indirect. Enablement priorities will align to AECO business initiatives and objectives, while adapting to the needs of the specific sales teams you serve. You will lead a team of sales enablement professionals focused on developing internal certification programs, extending best practices and product knowledge across the organization. You’ll be a leader on a team that is innovative, collaborative, influential, and fun. Sales Enablement: Lead strategies to increase productivity and effectiveness of direct and indirect sales teams. Collaborate with sales leaders to identify enablement needs and implement tailored solutions that align with business goals. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leaders across product marketing, marketing, sales operations and sales to establish scalable go-to-market processes and align product and industry certification programs with enablement. Ensure enablement aligns to business objectives and is designed for optimal learning and impact. Team Leadership: Recruit, grow and develop a US-based team that leverages and adapts best practices to meet audience needs. Coach & Instruct: Partner with sales leaders to identify priorities, provide coaching, and deliver training on sales skills and methodology. Needs Analysis & Evaluation: Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps, establish KPIs, and quantify the effectiveness of sales enablement programs. Leverage enablement tools to drive insights and actions that improve performance. Collaboration: Work with sales operations and enablement colleagues to leverage existing programs and tools to accelerate readiness across the Americas sales teams and address gaps with targeted enablement solutions. What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Adult Education, Instructional Systems Design, or related discipline plus work experience in a sales-related role within a hardware or software company. Ability to effectively deliver training and partner with teams to design and deliver learning solutions. Experience interviewing stakeholders and subject matter experts at all levels of the organization. Ability to lead and implement learning initiatives and manage a team including interviewing and hiring (minimum 8 years in sales operations, sales enablement or L&D with a software company). Experience designing and implementing enablement initiatives to build sales skills; knowledge of needs analysis and learning program development. Proven success leading enablement initiatives for direct and indirect sales channels. Preferred experience as an administrator of learning management systems and/or sales enablement platforms; CRM management experience (Salesforce preferred). Experience with structured sales methodologies, preferably Challenger Sales or MEDDPICC. Exceptional oral and written communication, with meticulous attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:

Trimble provides a compensation range and description of other compensation/benefits that may be offered for this position. This range is based on full-time status. Trimble reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits not related to applicant’s sex or other status protected by law. Hiring Range:

$105,682.00 – $142,676.00 Pay Type:
