We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, energized & energizing, professional, highly confidential

Executive Personal Assistant

to provide comprehensive support primarily to one senior executive, with the potential to evolve into supporting both that executive and the CEO/Founder across both business and personal domains. This individual will serve as a trusted gatekeeper, coordinator, and extension of the executive, ensuring seamless management of priorities and logistics. This role requires a candidate who excels in a fast-paced, fluid environment, demonstrating sophistication, confidentiality, and impeccable service standards. Responsibilities

Own and operate the Executives’ professional and personal email inboxes:

triage by urgency and importance, draft/handle responses, surface top priorities, and ensure executive only engages on high-impact correspondence. Comfortable adopting and optimizing AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Oversee Executives’ social media and text communications:

triaging by urgency and handling or escalating as appropriate Manage complex business and personal calendars : including meetings, travel, events, errands and reservations Set priorities, track projects, capture action items, and drive timely follow-through with executive Act as a trusted point of contact between executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring all correspondence is handled confidentially and professionally Manage end-to-end travel logistics

(domestic/international) with detailed itineraries, and evaluate/deploy AI solutions to increase efficiency Advance Executives’ PR and personal brand:

proactively source opportunities, manage outreach, support social presence, and handle all PR/speaking applications—meeting deadlines and assembling materials for success Prepare PowerPoint decks and meeting prep materials for executive as needed Coordinate gift procurement and event planning as needed Coordinate and manage personal and professional appointments, errands, and related communications on behalf of the executive Uphold absolute confidentiality in all personal and business matters Hours

Full-time, exempt (40 hrs/week)

with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed. This role will be primarily In Office/Onsite for the first 90 days, with in-person support provided across Nashville as needed. Standard Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Occasional remote work may be possible in the future as the role evolves. Starting salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually , commensurate with experience, with opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives. W2 Salaried position with benefits: 401K, PTO Qualifications

5+ years’ experience

supporting Entrepreneur Owner/Managers, senior executives, or high-net-worth individuals in a dual EA/PA capacity (Ideal) Exceptional organization and attention to detail

; consistently produces accurate, high-quality work. Strong project management

with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines gracefully. Excellent written and verbal communication

; polished, discreet, and emotionally intelligent with strong interpersonal skills. High level of confidentiality and judgment

in handling sensitive information. Proactive, anticipatory problem-solver

who identifies needs and acts independently. Technology fluency:

advanced Google Workspace and calendar systems; quick to learn new platforms; adept at integrating

AI

into daily workflows. Location:
