EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT Location: Nashville, TN but subject to travel Employment Type: Full-time About the Role

I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support me as an Artist Manager and Creative Executive across a variety of projects in the Entertainment, Fashion and Brand space. This role requires a professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, handling sensitive information with discretion, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations for executives. Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international). Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external partners. Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Update and maintain key materials and files across projects. Coordinate board meetings, executive offsites, and company events. Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and meeting requests. Track deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure projects move forward on time. Assist with personal tasks or errands as needed and coordinate with executive’s personal assistant. Direct and escalate information and issues in line with Executive’s preference and business structure. Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives (C-suite experience a plus; Entertainment Industry experience a plus) Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.), Asana, basic graphic design skills are a plus Basic understanding of contracts with the ability to communicate deal points to legal counsel is a plus Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Key Competencies
