Hire, evaluate, and develop the staff P&L responsibilities Hands-on team leader Conflict resolution Develops and implements business strategies that are aligned with the company's brand standards Qualifications
History of success in developing high-performing teams Full-service restaurant manager with at least three years in a high-volume corporate structure Track record of strong leadership Good work tenure, no more than three jobs in the last five years Experience working in a full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales Must have at least $4 MM sales volume experience The training program will be away from your home market for up to 8 weeks Benefits
