Bon Appétit Management Company . Location: Uber Technologies - 190 Mathilda Place, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full-time (Mon–Fri), 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview. Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour. Responsibilities
May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by the Food Service Director. Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes. Operates and cleans equipment after each use; performs scheduled routine cleaning. Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy; maintains organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products. Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of the food supply. Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures. Assists Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and completes required documentation, reports, and logs. Assists in cross-training of employees. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications
2 years of previous Asian cuisine experience is preferred. Full-time availability as described above. Ability to meet the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. Benefits & Hours
