Convergint . Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven Fire Alarm Inspector to join our culture. This role involves assisting with testing and inspection of fire-alarm systems in assigned buildings. You will identify and report problems or deficiencies found in the systems you inspect. This is a customer-facing role focused on maximizing customer satisfaction, safety, and quality assurance on all assigned projects. Test and inspect commercial fire-alarm systems within assigned buildings. Identify and report problems or discrepancies found in the systems you inspect. Ensure customer satisfaction with all inspections and testing. Monitor the fire-alarm panel. Interact with building owner or building engineer prior to, during, and following completion of the testing process. Review reports and initiate next steps as necessary. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. What You’ll Need

Commitment – engages with colleagues and customers to ensure successful testing operations and complete customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Qualifications
Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience Minimum Experience: 1 year relevant field service or customer service Preferred Experience (but Not Required): Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronics, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation Company Benefits
