Position: Seasonal Cook The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks cooks of all experience levels to join our talented team! Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company! Approximate Service Dates: May 2025 – October 2025

Our culinary professionals are passionate about their craft and prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner items in various outlets per guest orders, adhering to production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to guest orders, following recipes and standards; complete mis en place and set-up stations.

Start food items prepared ahead of time, ensuring not to prepare beyond estimated needs.

Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment properly.

Manage food storage, rotation, and inventory, ensuring proper temperatures and minimizing waste.

Comply with Four Seasons’ work rules and standards of conduct.

Work harmoniously and professionally with team members.

Qualifications

Accredited culinary education preferred but not required with comparable experience.

Minimum of one year culinary or related work experience.

ServSafe (or equivalent) certification.

Passion for food and a desire to excel.

Additional Information Wage: $22.52 - $26.93 per hour Other benefits include parking discounts, a staff lounge, 401(k), daily meals, uniforms, and more.
