As a Restaurant Brand Food Service Manager, you will work with the Multi Unit or Multi Brand General Manager to guide your team in delivering an exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and a positive working environment that reflects our Company values. Responsibilities
Lead by example to demonstrate what a great restaurant food service looks like. Collaborate with the MU/MB General Manager to develop and execute a strong food service program, set goals, and ensure team success through training, coaching, and communication. Address team performance or behavior issues promptly and fairly. Achieve operational and financial goals, including sales, expenses, and profit margins. Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and standards of the food service area. Oversee quality control, safety, merchandising, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards. Coordinate with the Brand Manager on product quality, safety, equipment, and signage issues. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager. Additional Details
Working Relationships:
Guest Service Associates, Food Service Associates, MU/MB General Manager, and other management and vendor personnel. Minimum Education:
High School or GED Minimum Experience:
1 year in food service leadership in retail or restaurant environment. Preferred Experience:
1-3 years food service leadership experience. Licenses/Certifications:
ServSafe certification preferred but not mandatory. Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, high energy, adaptability, team orientation, and willingness to assist others. Other:
Full-time, primarily daytime hours with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel up to 5% for meetings. Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk for 10 hours, lift 40 lbs., and work in cold environments. Job Details
