is a leading energy solutions provider. We are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

Gain experience in sales, campaign management, recruiting, human resources, and team development. Collaborate in a team-focused environment to contribute to an energetic and positive workplace. Participate in daily leadership workshops and training. Engage in strategy planning with senior business executives as appropriate.

Qualifications

4 year degree or relevant work experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or management. Excellent communication skills. Location: Cleveland, OH; must be willing to commute. Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly. Positive energy, sense of humor, and ability to work well with a team. Goal-focused and results-oriented. Training/coaching/management/leadership experience is a plus. Customer-oriented mindset; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills; highly organized and detail-oriented. Open to recent graduates or individuals passionate about account management and energy solutions.
