Pharmacy Technician and PTCB Certification required. Experience Requirements:
1-2 years' specialty pharmacy experience. Organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Pharmaceutical knowledge Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task Characteristics
Sense of urgency Organized, detail-oriented; catches errors early Ethical; respects confidentiality Responsibilities
Responds to day-to-day inquiries and service issues, analysis the issue and provides a resolution. Processes claims and assists members with copay enrollment, copay processing and copay reporting to the payers. Facilitates new members onboarding to Senderra. Received or initiates drug access inquiries, pricing and addition of the drugs to the contracts. Compiles data requested by the payer to support payer issue inquiries. Supplies Senderra drug access information and services available. Investigates and resolves payer reimbursement issues. Participates in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings, as needed. Performs other incidental and related duties as required. Working Conditions
Fast-paced environment. Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant. Requires normal hearing levels (corrected). Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. Requires sitting, bending. Works effectively with frequent interruptions. Lifting requirements of 15 pounds occasionally.
