New Car Sales Manager
to lead our Chevrolet/GM sales team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and specific experience with General Motors vehicles, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the new car sales department to meet and exceed sales goals. Recruit, train, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team. Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with the manufacturer and internal departments. Ensure all sales activities are in compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer programs, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and lead management practices. Maintain a customer-focused environment that delivers a consistent, high-quality buying experience. Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer transitions and retention. Analyze sales data and trends to forecast performance and identify improvement opportunities. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Required Qualifications: Chevrolet or General Motors sales management experience. Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team toward achieving KPIs and revenue goals. Deep understanding of the GM sales process, inventory management tools, and OEM reporting systems. Preferred Skills: Sales & Negotiation Skills
