Responsibilities
As a restaurant leader, you will oversee back‑of‑house operations to ensure guest service and food quality standards are upheld at all times. You will:
Manage kitchen teams and front‑of‑house staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, inventory control, and food quality.
Support hiring, training, and employee retention initiatives.
Assist with menu development, cost control, and profit‑margin optimization.
Collaborate with front‑of‑house managers to deliver a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Head Chef.
Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., Aloha, Toast).
Strong math, reporting, and inventory‑management skills.
Excellent customer‑service attitude and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
Availability to work within restaurant opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
High school diploma; additional hospitality certification is a plus.
