Overview Frenzelit develops, manufactures, and distributes seals & sealing materials, insulation & insulation materials, as well as compensators for global industrial customers. Our INDUSTRY division offers tailored solutions for the process and chemical industries, machinery and plant engineering, and energy management – delivering optimally matched materials and highly efficient system solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow market share in Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia)

Identify and approach new business opportunities; actively acquire and develop new customers

Manage and expand long-term relationships with existing key accounts

Present and demonstrate technically complex products tailored to customer needs

Lead negotiations and successfully close contracts

Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and regional marketing events

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Support to ensure excellent customer service

Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic updates to management

Travel extensively within the assigned region

Qualifications

University degree in a technical or commercial field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration)

Minimum of 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or technical environments

Experience in the sealing or insulation industry is a strong advantage

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Confident and persuasive in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals

Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and a strong team player

Fluent in English; knowledge of one or more Eastern European languages is a plus

Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Eastern European region
