Position Overview
We’re looking for an
Outside Account Manager
to join our team in the Salt Lake area and take full ownership of assigned customer accounts. This role is all about building and maintaining strong customer relationships, making regular onsite visits, and seeing each order through from start to finish.

Location Salt Lake City, Utah. We are based in Salt Lake City, Utah. For the right candidate, we are open to discussing
relocation assistance and moving expense support .
What You’ll Do
Manage customer accounts directly, from quoting to order entry through final delivery.
Conduct regular onsite visits with customers to ensure projects run smoothly.
Provide clear, proactive communication and problem-solving to keep customers satisfied.
Process orders accurately using Comsense Enterprise (experience required).
Stay on top of deadlines and details, keeping everything organized and moving forward.
Act as the main point of contact for your accounts; customers rely on you.
Qualifications
Solid knowledge of Division 8 products (commercial doors, frames, and hardware).
Experience with Comsense Enterprise (or similar software).
Someone who is reliable, self-motivated, organized, and quick to learn.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail.
Clean driving record — company vehicle provided for customer visits.
