As an Outside Sales Rep, understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries. Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help prevent pests, uphold quality and safety, and satisfy regulatory standards. Adept at listening to needs and clearly explaining practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care. Prioritize safety in all responsibilities. Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers. Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers by utilizing training to recommend the best innovative overall solution for each customer’s needs. Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads. Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development. Conduct an inspection of the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and communicate findings clearly. Make recommendations based on inspections, address questions, explain solutions, and set expectations for peace of mind about the pest program. Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided. We Offer

Minimum Requirements: No experience required; sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid) Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes Physical Demands / Working Conditions
