Join Interim HealthCare® of Central Georgia, a family-owned leader in home healthcare and medical staffing. We’re seeking a driven Account Executive to grow our Personal Care and Support Services (PCSS) in the Newnan area.
You’ll build strong relationships with healthcare facilities — including Assisted Living, physician offices, Hospice providers, and Home Health agencies — to expand our reach and connect more families to the care they need.
In this role, you’ll represent Interim HealthCare throughout the Newnan, GA (Coweta, Meriweather, Carolle, and Troup), building meaningful partnerships with healthcare facilities, referral sources, and families. Success in this position requires motivation, initiative, and a true drive to make an impact and to exceed goals — both professionally and personally.

Major Responsibilities
Grow customer base by prospecting new clients & nurturing leads within territory and/or market segment.
Earn business by using a consultative, relationship-based approach.
Work closely with IHC of Central Georgia team to evaluate opportunities, identify competitive advantages and weaknesses, stay current with industry products and trends.
Understand the nature of projects and timing. Address the respective territory from a position of knowledge. Actively use the company's CRM system to capture customer projects/data.
Work closely with other IHC of Central Georgia team members.
Communicate services to clients with the goal of building trust and loyalty.
Expert marketplace and sales data management. Track all work with the understanding of closing-the-loop on project and relationship information and data.
Researching, qualifying and making/conducting appointments and presentations to win business with new clients.
Attend industry events and meetings, join & contribute to industry related associations; Participate in trade shows and conferences.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers’ value to the organization.
Perform in-home evaluations to help onboard new clients.
Quickly solve customer problems and complaints.
This position will spend considerable time out of the office visiting clients and various facilities.
This role will have overall responsibility for growing and developing the company's PCSS business within the region.
Qualifications: (Education/Experience)
The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of experience in the health care industry.
The ideal candidate will be looking for a challenge and have the ability and skill to effectively achieve the financial goals.
Experience working in the Home Health Care field is strongly preferred.
Experience working directly with Medical facilities preferred.
Must have a High School Diploma/GED. College degree preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Excellent analytical, negotiating and problem solving skills.
Excellent organizational and detail skills.
Drive, determination and will to win.
Humility, desire to learn.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Computer proficiency to include current business software programs.
Successful customer service skills.
Reliable transportation.
