State Industrial Products is looking for a driven, experienced Outside Sales District Manager to build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of outside B2B sales professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in the field — coaching, mentoring, and growing talent while actively developing strategic sales territories. YOUR MISSION:

You’ll serve as a Field General, working side-by-side with your team to cultivate customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence across the Greater St. Louis area and into the Kansas City market. From day one, you’ll be instrumental in shaping team dynamics, developing market strategies, and delivering results. What you’ll do

Recruit, train, and lead a team of outside sales representatives Drive new business development and customer retention in B2B markets Guide reps in territory development, prospecting, and solution-based selling Lead by example in the field, modeling successful behaviors and tactics Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies Foster a results-driven, accountable, and motivated sales culture What you bring
