Location :5575 Warren Pkwy, Ste. 106, Frisco, TX 75034
Hours/Schedule:Contractor or Part Time (PPV)- Start with about 6-10 hours/week and build fromthere. Open to days and biggest need is 3:00pm or later Mondays and Wednesdays
Pay Per Visit/W-2 OR Contractor/1099 position
Pay Per Visit/W-2 Rates:Ranges from $28-$38/30 minute visit based on years of experience and if monolingual or Bilingual in Spanish/English.
Contractor/1099 Rates: $30/30-minute therapy session & $80/Evaluations. Increase to $40/30 minute sessions for SHIFT Differential 4pm or later Monday-Friday
Must be CCC-SLP with one year minimum of pediatric experience

Qualifications of this Speech Language Pathology (SLP) position include the following:
Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
Passion for changing the lives of others
