Overview
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. Angels of Care has cared for the medically fragile community since 2000. We value Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (HALOS). Pay Range: $27-$32/hr. Nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of patients and families. We are looking for RN and LPN to work full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights and weekends available). Job duties include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordination of care.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
