About the Job We are seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for patients and visitors while supporting the daily operations of our medical practice.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist patients and visitors
Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
Manage patient check-in/check-out and collect co-pays
Answer phones and route calls appropriately
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and office operations
Who You Are / Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered service
