Overview
LifeStance Health is seeking individuals that are passionate about serving others and making a difference in the lives of those in our community. We are currently providing services in the community, as well as via telehealth when preferred. The ideal candidate is enrolled in, or a recent graduate of a graduate school/program in mental health. Job type: Pre-licensed Therapist. Candidates will have a Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW, and will provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (ranging from infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs.
Responsibilities : Provide psychotherapy services and skills training for clients (infants to adults) with mental illness and/or mental health needs.

Qualifications Education Requirements:
Master's degree with eligibility to become licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LICSW Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health within the family; Knowledge of varied interventions with children/families/individuals in crisis; Proficient use of computers for communicating and documenting for clients and staff; Strong skills in managing a flexible schedule and ability to appropriately manage referrals; Ability to transport self between client homes/clinic and/or community based locations
Compensation:
$61,000 - $97,000 a year Compensation range $55,000 - $70,000 annually.
