is seeking a licensed
Physical Therapist
to join our team. This role combines hands-on patient care with tele-health technology to provide individualized, evidence-based care. We're bringing to the U.S. the same
MSK care model that made Sweden the first country to
reduce joint replacements —directly because of this innovative, tech-driven approach that increases interaction with the therapist. This is a
ground-floor opportunity
to help transform joint care in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Deliver 45-minute therapy sessions for orthopedic and neurological patients Design and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods Provide patient education on recovery, mobility, and prevention Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington (or eligible) At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred CPR certification required Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Interest in clinic operations and professional growth Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range (DOE) Bonus Options:
