Talent Area: Therapist Full/Part Time: Full time Location: Humble, TX, US Department: Kingwood Outpt Therapy Center Shift: 4 (10) Hour Shifts Job ID: 417497 We are seeking a Developmental Physical Therapist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will plan, evaluate, organize, and implement developmentally and age-appropriate Physical Therapy (PT) treatment programs for patients from birth to adulthood. Job Duties & Responsibilities Complete patient evaluations and reassessments following hospital and department guidelines. Develop individualized care plans based on evaluation and reassessment findings. Provide clinical support within assigned outpatient clinics or specialty programs. Mentor less experienced staff in your area of expertise, based on evaluations. Accurately document patient information in the Electronic Medical Record, with no more than six errors annually. Serve as a clinical instructor for at least one professional student per year. Report unsafe situations, patient or staff injuries, potential problems, and unusual incidents to management. Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives. All successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing to ensure workplace safety. Skills & Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy required. PT certification from the state of Texas required. BLS certification from the American Heart Association preferred. Two years of clinical experience or one year of medical residency preferred.
