full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian
to join their team in
Tucson, AZ . The ideal candidate will have a
DVM or equivalent degree , be
licensed
to practice veterinary medicine in
Arizona , and have experience working in an
urgent care setting . Position Highlights:

opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Provide
urgent care
to animals, diagnosing and treating a wide range of illnesses and injuries. Prescribe medications and treatments
to stabilize and manage conditions. Perform surgeries
as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients. Maintain
accurate and detailed patient records . Communicate effectively with clients
regarding their pets' health, treatment options, and follow-up care. Serve patients and clients with a
relationship-based approach . Collaborate
with the clinical team and leadership to ensure the highest standards of care. Encourage the growth of support staff
through the
LevelUp training program . Qualifications:
DVM/VMD degree
from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program). Active license
in good standing to practice in Arizona (or ability to obtain a license). Experience
in urgent care settings, ideally 1-3 years (new graduates will also be considered). Proficiency
in small animal medicine. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both
independently
and as part of a
