Hiring Range: $70,720.00 - $115,252.80 annually
Summary: Expected to open Early 2026, our Immokalee Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic will provide Pediatric Rehabilitation Services to Immokalee’s rapidly growing population. Our new Immokalee clinic is a mission-based facility serving the primarily Spanish-speaking migrant community, with a need for bilingual therapists. Services are provided regardless of a family's ability to pay, and the clinic shares space with the University of Florida dental program (offering free dental care), Able Academy (providing ABA services in local preschools and daycares), and Meals of Hope (operating a free community food pantry).
We’re seeking passionate Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists to join us and be part of our mission to improve access and offer localized healthcare solutions for the people of Immokalee, Florida.

Responsibilities Responsible for examining, evaluating and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention. The OT is also responsible for alleviating impairments, functional limitations and disabilities by designing, implementing and modifying treatment interventions. Additional responsibilities include reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability, including the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages. The OT will be engaged in administration, consultation, education and research. The OT will be expected to conduct themselves in an effective professional behavior manner. The attributes, characteristics or behaviors required for success in this job include: critical thinking, communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, responsibility, professionalism, use of constructive feedback, effective use of time and resources, stress management, and commitment to learning.
Requirements
Education:
Baccalaureate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience:
No previous job experience required.
Certification:
BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support).
License:
Active Florida State Occupational Therapist Licensure.
Other:
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
