$305/hr
$100,000 Sign-On Bonus
(forgivable over 3 years, interest-free)
9-hour shifts
Flexible scheduling
Professional Liability Insurance covered
Travel/PRN 1099 Contractor – Not Living in the Community
$305/hr
10–12 hour shifts
Travel, lodging, and car rental covered
1-year contract or PRN block scheduling
Note: Positions will convert to permanent community-based as those roles are filled

$275/hr
$100,000 Sign-On Bonus
(forgivable over 3 years)
9-hour shifts
CME stipend

Practice Highlights
Level II Trauma Center – Bismarck, ND
1.4 patients per hour
Epic EMR
No midlevel providers
All ages: pediatrics to geriatrics
Must be proficient in advanced emergency procedures, including: Intubation
Chest tubes
Central lines
Procedural sedation
OB/GYN + deliveries
Adult and pediatric resuscitation
Prior experience in a Level II Trauma Center or academic medical center
required
ABEM-certified physicians only
Qualifications
Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
Active ND medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Passion for high-quality, compassionate care
Must have completed at least 250 emergency medicine cases in the past 12 months
