As a member of the Engineering Implementation Group (EIG) with the Product organization, you will have direct access to the equipment and technologies which produce some of our best loved products like Harry’s Original and the new Harry’s Plus razor. The EIG team advances manufacturing capabilities through driving operational excellence and implementing mass production of new technologies and innovation to enable long-term growth and success. About the role The Senior Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering accelerates the design, implementation, and optimization of our most critical manufacturing processes and mechanical systems—from proof-of-principle automation through pilot lines and full mass production. As we scale new products and processes globally, you’ll mentor a growing automation team and shape our long-term manufacturing strategy by integrating the most advanced technologies in assembly, blade process, packaging, and OT/IT data infrastructure. This positions you for rapid growth into multi-site manufacturing leadership. What you will accomplish Ideate early industrialization concepts for new innovation Drive selection, design, installation, and optimization of new equipment in business-critical areas like automated assembly and blade manufacturing Drive full system validation of recently installed assembly lines at plant operations Partner closely with global peers in Industrial Engineering and Production to improve manufacturing processes, throughput, yield, quality, and safety Help ideate or redesign manufacturing processes to optimize value stream and technical processing Expand and industrialize our automation toolbox to keep pace with modern OT/IT infrastructure, digital twins, data dashboards, and AI integration Use structured problem-solving tools like Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and FMEA to improve downtime, scrap, and ramp-curve adherence Manage documentation like RFQs, machine specifications, operating procedures, and acceptance protocols Coach and develop a team of advanced manufacturing and automation engineers Bring passion and leadership to manufacturing automation daily Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% - 50% to support supplier/contractor and equipment implementation This should describe you BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline 10-15 years of professional experience in manufacturing, process engineering, industrial engineering, quality engineering, or similar Success in manufacturing processes & automation design and development Experience with complex manufacturing processes & automation commissioning and engineering implementation projects Strong background in process design and process engineering executions Strong background in mechanical systems and high-volume automation Experience with Blade and Cartridge Manufacturing processes is highly desirable Controls, electrical, and software functional experience is desired Project management experience is beneficial Robust understanding of statistical analysis (DOE, regressions, SPC) and familiarity with statistical software Proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams or projects at a global scale Clear communication of technical information to technical and non-technical audiences Creative, analytical, dynamic, and flexible in a fast-changing, high-growth culture Drives tasks and actions to closure Detail-oriented and process-focused Motivated to teach, learn, and contribute to product and process development Here’s who you’ll work with Reporting to the VP Factory Operations and EIG Managing the Advanced Manufacturing team within the Engineering Implementation Group of the Product department Cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Plant Operations/Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, Data & IT, Packaging, and Program Management External collaboration with existing equipment suppliers, contract manufacturers, and potential new partners domestically and globally Benefits and perks Medical, dental, and vision coverage Equity in Mammoth Brands Flexible time off and working hours Wellness and L&D stipends 4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years 24 weeks paid parental leave (varies by path) IRL and virtual events, team building, and social activities Free products from all of our brands EEO and inclusion Mammoth Brands is committed to equal employment opportunities and fostering a diverse, inclusive environment.
