Culture Studio is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Leader with a strong background in electrical systems to oversee, maintain, and elevate our facilities. This role blends hands-on electrical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring our production spaces, equipment, and infrastructure remain safe, reliable, organized, and spotless at all times. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, wiring, circuits, panels, outlets, and lighting across the facility. Maintain and repair production machinery and equipment with electrical components, including screen-printing presses, dryers, and embroidery machines, etc. Perform preventive electrical maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Ensure all electrical work meets local, state, and national codes. Lead the maintenance team, assigning tasks and prioritizing electrical and facility projects. Train staff on proper equipment use, electrical safety, and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized work when required. Maintain a facility-wide standard of cleanliness and order, ensuring work areas, storage, and equipment are always in top condition. Develop and enforce organizational systems for tools, supplies, and materials. Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Promote a proactive, “fix it before it breaks” mindset throughout the team. Facilities & Safety Oversight Oversee facility power distribution and ensure systems can meet production needs. Manage electrical inventory, tools, and supplies. Maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company safety protocols. Support general maintenance tasks when needed (plumbing, HVAC, building repairs). Licensed electrician 5+ years of electrical experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and safety codes. Experience with troubleshooting industrial machinery and control systems. Leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities role. Experience in a printing, textile, or creative manufacturing environment. Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish Skills & Attributes

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Passion for cleanliness, organization, and workplace excellence. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in a high-output production environment. Strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration. Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Physical Requirements
