A modern, fast-growing veterinary hospital in the Tucson area is seeking an
Urgent Care Veterinarian
to join the team. This position is designed for doctors who enjoy providing immediate care for canine and feline patients without the stress and demands of wellness or overnight emergency medicine. Why This Role Stands Out: Urgent care only — no routine wellness visits No overnight shifts or major emergency surgeries Flexible scheduling, including swing and evening shifts Brand-new, state-of-the-art facilities with a feline-friendly and Fear Free approach Highly trained technical staff offering excellent support What You’ll Do: Deliver timely and compassionate urgent care for small animals Work collaboratively with colleagues and hospital leadership Build trusted client relationships and serve as a resource in the Tucson community Mentor and support veterinary technicians and assistants through ongoing training programs Handle a diverse caseload during scheduled hours What You Bring: DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary program (or equivalent certification such as ECFVG/PAVE) Active veterinary license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with optional Pro-Sal and no negative accrual Paid CE allowance and dedicated CE days State license fees, AVMA/state dues, and professional liability insurance fully covered Additional pay for working holiday shifts Deeply discounted personal pet care Three weeks PTO, six weeks of fully paid parental leave (for both parents), plus an extra day off annually for work-life balance Healthcare packages and retirement match options Access to peer collaboration platforms and individualized mentorship opportunities How to Apply Veterinarians interested in this leadership opportunity are encouraged to send their resume to
