As a Contract Occupational Therapist at Pediatric Health Choice, you will work hands-on with children to assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy services that promote mobility, function, and developmental progress. You’ll collaborate with nurses, physical and speech therapists, case managers, and families to support each child’s holistic growth and health. Key Responsibilities

Conduct therapy evaluations for pediatric patients with complex medical and developmental needs Design and implement individualized treatment plans to support fine/gross motor development and functional mobility Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with PPEC and state regulations Educate and support families regarding therapeutic goals, home positioning programs, and mobility strategies Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during care planning and progress reviews Ensure compliance with HIPAA, clinical standards, and ethical practices Qualifications

Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist Prefer 1 year of pediatric experience (PPEC, early intervention, or medically fragile population experience preferred) Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Current CPR certification and ability to pass a Level II background screening Why Join Us
