Job Description
Sr. Test Engineer to develop test programs for DDR memory buffer products at module level using ATE infrastructure. Responsibilities include: Develop and execute test programs for DDR memory modules, specifically DDR5+ generation. Replicate DIMM training algorithms derived from system platforms in ATE environment, and collect, analyze data across DIMMs to identify trends. Debug memory module performance and identify optimizations and improvements. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 96 months of experience. Special Skills: Experience with ATE infrastructure, especially Advantest ATE testers (93K/HSM) and SmarTest software preferred. Knowledge of DDR DIMM module ecosystem, preferably DDR5. Familiarity with DDR training and system performance metrics. Additional Information
