Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Fayetteville, Arkansas team! Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of complex engineering projects. Ensure excellence in documentation, design integrity, and adherence to QA/QC standards. Solve and navigate project challenges using advanced engineering concepts and innovative strategies. Mentor and train junior staff, guiding them through complex projects and supporting their professional development. Develop and refine engineering practices and standards to promote continuous improvement. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Minimum of 6 years of engineering experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Salary is commensurate with experience. Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
