The Service Quick Lane Technician creates an exceptional customer experience while fostering customer loyalty. The technician will be responsible for the diagnostics and repairs of our customers' and dealerships' vehicles. Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities: Operate a vehicle. Understand dealership computer systems. Attend company and factory training. Stay current with manufacturer warranty requirements. Adhere to Snell Privacy and Information Security Policies. Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and co-workers. Answer customers’ technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Review service orders and inspect vehicles for necessary repairs. Communicate effectively with co-workers throughout the repair process. Perform other duties as assigned. Lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for three or more hours at a time. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least eighteen years of age. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements. Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test). Benefits
