We rely on you to: Scope, plan, and execute site characterization studies and investigations. Manage work by geotechnical subconsultants, including drilling firms and testing labs. Prepare geotechnical designs, sketches, plans, and cost estimates for transportation projects. Support geotechnical analysis and design of foundations, retaining walls, grading, ground improvement, stability, and pavement design. Handle aspects of small-scale projects or parts of larger projects. Review geotechnical deliverables for quality assurance. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout project phases under supervision. Provide construction phase support, including review of quality control and assurance reports. Manage workload to complete tasks within budget and schedule. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Geological Engineering. Five+ years of experience in geotechnical or geological engineering, including subsurface investigations, soil mechanics, foundation design, slope stability, and ground improvement. Active participation in professional societies (ASCE, AEG, DFI, Geo Institute). Proficiency with engineering software such as SHAFT, LPILE, SLOPE/W, SEEP/W, Civil 3D, etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Effective team player with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. Ability to independently perform analyses related to foundation and slope stability design. Required Qualifications

Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. Experience with Microsoft Office, MicroStation, GeoStudio, Bentley geotechnical software, or equivalent. Commitment to our employee-owned, inclusive culture. Our Values and Commitment
