How You’ll Make an Impact
Design power transformers in line with IEEE standards and customer specifications.
Prepare general arrangement drawings and bills of materials to meet project timelines.
Develop active parts and windings within factory guidelines and technical checklists.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver application-specific transformer designs.
Participate in internal design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Coordinate with factory teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing.
Support cross-functional engineering activities and knowledge sharing.
Build strong working relationships across departments and geographies.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in transformer mechanical design.
Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Creo).
Familiarity with IEEE standards and transformer layout principles.
Understanding of electrical clearances and lead arrangements.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
