customer-facing documentation suite
for Automata’s new platform — spanning hardware, software, and API/SDK components. What You’ll Do Build a
complete documentation ecosystem
— from setup guides and configuration docs to API references and integration examples. Translate engineering specs into clear, usable content that empowers developers, system admins, and lab scientists. Create structured, searchable,
single-source documentation
that reduces onboarding time and becomes the go-to resource for users. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to align every word with Automata’s tone, accuracy, and brand. You’re the kind of person who Loves turning complex technical systems into simple, elegant documentation. Thinks in information architecture and structured content, not just paragraphs. Balances precision and clarity while maintaining technical depth. Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Bonus if you’ve Worked with hardware–software platforms, APIs, or SDKs. Built or maintained developer portals or technical knowledge bases. Worked in automation, robotics, or life sciences. This is your chance to
