Compensation:
The Parts Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Salary Compensation of between $121,000 and $160,000 annually. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Responsibilities: Oversee the Parts Department; create annual operating budget, meet monthly forecasts, review sales, costs, and inventory monthly to ensure budget is in order Establish pricing to generate profits Enhance an already well developedwholesale business Maintain high CSI Train, motivate and manage staff Assist in issuing parts and accessories to technicians Assist in helping customers purchase parts and supplies for their vehicles Maintain stock levels that enable our service department to complete their work without delay Maintain a clean and organized department Qualifications: Ability to Lead a team Automotive Dealership Parts Manager Experience is preferred Reynolds/Ignite experience a plus! Excellent customer service and communication skills Good organizational skills and work ethic Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment The Tuttle-Click Automotive Group has been serving the Southern California community for the past 75 years. Today, there are six Tuttle-Click locations in California (Irvine, Tustin, and San Juan Capistrano) and nine more in Tucson and Green Valley, Arizona.
