HS/JH - Assistant Band Director/Choir Assistant-Accompanist

Assist in directing and managing the overall program of instrumental music for the Junior High and High School as well as assist and provide piano accompanist for choir program. Provide students with an opportunity to participate in extracurricular instrumental activities and ensure compliance with all state, University Interscholastic League (UIL), and district requirements. Plan activities to achieve district, region, and state recognition. Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Valid Texas teaching certificate Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of overall operation of choir program and provide piano accompanist for choir program as well as individual students.
