We are seeking a Product Manager for Enterprise Platform who is passionate about AI-driven product development and wants to apply their track record of crafting engaging, high quality consumer experiences to deliver outcomes in a healthcare setting. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for developing innovative, dynamic experiences that keep members engaged in their health journey over time. Collaborating with commercial, revenue cycle, engineering, and design teams, you will gain a deep understanding of the diverse needs and motivations of Omada’s customer segments. You will use AI and machine learning to deliver experiences that intuitively adapt to individual contexts and barriers, serving our customers our mission to bend the curve. As you work to unlock value for members at various stages in their health journeys, you will articulate the vision, chart a strategic path forward, and set measurable milestones. You will pinpoint opportunities for improvement, test and learn quickly, and deliver impact at scale. About you
3+ years of product management experience 7+ years in market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations Prior experience with the B2B problem space in healthcare (ex. Billing, Eligibility, Coverage, etc) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding Track record of delivering results against target metrics with solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and clinical guidance Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at problem-solving with limited resources Strong writer and clear communicator Able to foster alignment in a group of stakeholders Experience with user-centered design practices and methodologies Analytical and inquisitive, comfortable using data and user research to drill into a challenge and identify innovative solutions Proficient in A/B testing, experimentation design, and related methodologies Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and enhance user interactions is highly desirable Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus Your impact
In this role, you will be instrumental in creating new possibilities within the Omada experience. You’ll delve into the factors that motivate members to revolutionize how they learn, form habits, and engage with Omada’s tools and care teams. Your work will influence members, care teams, content delivery, connected devices, and more. You will also: Be accountable for delivering against team metrics Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and manage the team’s backlog Write clear product specs Use data to ask probing questions, understand analyses, and evaluate the success of tests and projects Partner with business teams to open new verticals for Omada’s customers and help our existing business to scale Compensation and benefits
