We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead the delivery of large-scale residential and infrastructure developments across the Oxford–Cambridge Arc. Based out of our brand-new Oxford office, this is your opportunity to help shape a regional hub and be at the forefront of projects that will span several years and deliver meaningful impact. These developments will include thousands of new homes, highways and utilities, as well as vital community and social infrastructure—projects that will define the future of the region. In this role, you’ll not only manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes but also contribute to building a strong local team, fostering client relationships, and influencing the growth of the Oxford office itself. It’s a chance to combine hands-on project delivery with strategic leadership in a supportive, forward-thinking consultancy To lead, develop, and assist with the provision of project management services, including technical advice, pre- and post-contract project management services. Lead delivery on complex multi-phase schemes, 3,000 plus homes, highways, utilities, schools, and community facilities Oversee contract administration programme management, cost control, risk, and change management Manage utilities coordination and approvals, including water, gas, electric, and communications Administer Section 106 and Section 278 obligations and statutory approvals with local authorities Coordinate contractors' consultants and utility providers, ensuring clear scopes and delivery milestones Produce structured client reporting, weekly and monthly updates, risk registers, and programme forecasts Maintain programme control, quality assurance, and site safety Contractor, or civils delivery background in infrastructure, highways, or utilities strongly preferred Proven track record on large scale residential regeneration, or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of utilities delivery, statutory interfaces, and approval processes Skilled in programme management tools such as Asta Primavera or MS Project Experienced with contract administration under NEC ICC or JCT frameworks Excellent communicator able to work with clients' consultants, contractors, and political stakeholders Ambitious, proactive, and ready to help build a new office presence Join a dynamic team where innovation meets impact.
