We are currently hiring a highly skilled SAT/ACT Tutor for a part-time, in-person role located in our Lexington, MA office. This position involves working directly with high school students to prepare them for standardized tests and guide them through the college admissions process.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re specifically seeking candidates with a proven track record of helping students achieve significant score improvements and gain admission to top-choice colleges. You should be confident in your ability to deliver results and build meaningful relationships with students and families. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1-on-1 SAT/ACT instruction
Create and implement personalized tutoring plans
Teach strategies to improve test-taking confidence and performance
Provide college counseling support (essays, applications, school selection)
Stay current on test formats and admissions trends
Track student progress and communicate with families and staff
Foster a motivating and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field
Demonstrated success in SAT/ACT tutoring and college counseling
Deep understanding of standardized test strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation within the Boston area
Availability for evenings, weekends, and some daytime flexibility
