Job Summary

The Integration Center Associate – HLM is an entry level position working within a large team to complete customer orders. The Associate will assist technicians with unboxing, setup, kitting, labeling, and processing of various computer hardware and components. This position reports to the Integration Center Manager.

Role Description Receive and process inbound inventory using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Asset tagging and asset management

Unpacking, packing, and kitting of hardware and components

Process shipments using WMS

Complete inventory transfers using WMS and SharePoint Forms

Removal of trash, such as device packaging

Box and Package assembly/creation for products

Provide email updates of the status for customer orders as requested by management

Collaborate with Integration Center Techs to complete tasks

Skill Level Requirements Familiarity in using Microsoft Dynamics AX for enterprise resource planning, including tasks such as order tracking, inventory management, and financial reporting. - Basic

The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently. - Basic

The ability to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and build strong, long-term customer relationships through a consultative approach preferred - Basic

Comprehensive knowledge in the design, operation, and maintenance of data centers to ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure preferred - Basic

Familiarity with the operational mechanisms, hierarchical setup, and the overall framework of SHI, enabling effective navigation and utilization of internal processes preferred - Basic

Other Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent

Basic understanding of computers and technology

Ability to travel 10%

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $35,360 - $45,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
