Roofing Foreman – $35–$50/hr + Full Benefits
We’re seeking an experienced
Roofing Foreman
with 5+ years in commercial roofing to lead crews and ensure projects are completed with quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, leadership, and a clean driving record. What You’ll Do
Lead crews on commercial roofing projects (EPDM & Thermoplastic systems) Install, repair, and maintain roofs and flashings Oversee safety compliance and quality control Operate and monitor rooftop equipment Train and mentor team members What We’re Looking For
5+ years of roofing experience Safety-minded, reliable, and disciplined Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions What’s in It for You
