As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will ensure an exceptional guest experience while supporting the daily operations of the Front Desk team. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do Deliver the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations. Run the "perfect shift" by ensuring all checklist items are complete and standards are upheld. Supervise Front Desk staff and ensure adherence to brand standards. Oversee the department in the absence of the Department Manager. Perform hourly tasks and operate equipment as needed, while assisting with new associate training and cross-training. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to maintain smooth operations. Qualifications
